* WE DO NOT DESIGN POOLS. We leave that to the pool builder, they know the plumbing, and reinforcment requirements needed to obtain their building permits. This was simply done as a presentation tool, a way to 3-d show the client what they envisioned.

YRMC Parking Garage,
A client was bidding on doing the stairs, wanted a 3-d model made up, these are 2 of the photos, I also made him 2 videos.

Renderings:
At the beginning of June, I completely redid this website. Then at the end of June I up graded my software, mostly for the rendering quality (it’s fantastic), but I’m not going to go through all of the earlier rendering and replace with the new and improved, over time the old will be fazed out.
This is the old school way of Artistic rendering.
Then came the water colors & colored pencils.
June 13, 2007 ground breaking. Even the new $200 million Quechan Hotel/Casino Resort, off Interstate 8 at the Algodones exit, renderings are in water color, or is that colored marker?
For the cost of this project I would have expected something a little more professional.
