3D Computer-generated imagery (CGI); Most if the picture on this site are CGI. CGI Models are not needed to build a house or get building permits, their mostly a tool to help homeowners see it and change it before its built. CGI models can be done at just about any place, angle, or height, interior or exterior. I use CGI models for setting up roofs and making sure that everything goes together the way that I expect it to. CGI models can be printed & E-mailed. Plans that are done by Desert Drafting, now get an Interior Orbit & Exterior Orbit free of charge,(it just makes it easier for us to all be able to see everything).

If your plans weren't done by Desert Drafting we can still do your 3d CGI Models.
Commercial & Residential, 3D CGI models can be made from any set of blueprints.

Once the 3D model is made, we can add just about any color, material, & texture to it.
Imagine, we can see. "How would the house look with stone?" "Or does this trim color go with that roof & wall color?"

Homeowners; It's hard to picture how your home will look off of a set of plans or a piece of paper. Once it's built it might to too late to change certain things.

Contractors; It's better to have your clients see it before it's built, than to have to make costly changes after it's built.

Subdivisions; This is from first hand experience, if you build it as a model, you will sell it in the subdivision. The problem is models are expensive, most builders can't afford to build all of their models. But you can afford 3D CGI models of all of them.

Realtors selling Subdivisions; Wouldn't it be great if your builder could build all of the models that they have on paper?
With all the elevations that they have?
With all of the building options they have?
With all of the roof colors / styles, stucco colors, trim colors, & stone features that they have?

This is a tool, plain and simple, no different than a laptop or a nail gun, it's here to make you more productive and sell more homes.
