Special home; with today’s technology and the internet more people are working from home, this home has an 500 Sq Ft office attached with it’s own entrance and private bathroom, that way clients or employees can come to the house and not feel intrusive on your personal space, it will save you money compared to the cost of office space and be a business expense right off, or I suppose this space could be used as a Casita. Home is also wheelchair accessible with all door openings a minimum of 36”, master shower and toilet area were specially designed for wheelchair, kitchen island has 48” of clearance on all sides so that a wheelchair won’t bottleneck up the kitchen, bi-level counter top is lowered to 30” & 24” deep so that normal chairs and wheelchair can be seated their, rather than raised for bar stools. This home has handicap innovations in it but not so intrusive that anyone couldn’t use it. Billiards room and family room have 10’ ceilings with the rest of the home having 9’. Formal living room and dinning, master suite has his and hers closet and dressing area, master bath has walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. 3-car garage, very large laundry room, and 3 very nice bedrooms. Big house designed for a small space. As you enter this home you notice the beautiful railing on the stairs to the left is the formal living room and dining room that features a ceiling that starts at 12’ and vaults up to match the second floor ceiling. Big kitchen with walk-in pantry and breakfast nook, family room is huge and could easily have a fireplace added. Up stairs the Loft over looks the formal living room with a railing that matches the stairs and has access to a balcony over the 2 car garage. All 4 bedrooms are up stairs and the large master suite has access to the huge deck over the covered patio, master bath has a garden tub, shower and big walk-in closet. The 3 other bedrooms are well proportioned and one of the best things about this design is the laundry room upstairs with all the bedrooms. The first home I designed and built for my family (15 years ago), with a new exterior look. The biggest thing I loved about this home was the separation between the Living room & the Family room; people could be watching TV in both rooms and not disturbed each other. The Kitchen is huge with a breakfast bar, island, double wall oven & pantry. Master suite has a door to the covered patio; bath has garden tub and separate area for toilet & shower. 3 bedrooms are close together to keep an eye on the small children. Designed for a narrow lot, this home is only 40 feet wide. Front covered porch leads to the large great room, nice kitchen with bar / island and front dining area. This house isn’t huge, and wasn’t intended to be, but the main living areas are very big for a home if this size, and that’s what this home was designed for.

Situated between the house and the 1 car garage so that in the cool breezy mornings you can get out of the wind, large enough that in the afternoon you can enjoy the sun with friends, and has an outdoor fireplace for when it cools down in the evenings. Let’s face it if you’re a winter visitor you’re here for the weather and this patio is perfect for it. Large 1 car garage for extra storage and that car that gets towed everywhere has a home to stay safely all year.
