Technology has come along way from the T-square, drafting table, and Diazo machine. In keeping up technology 3-d is quickly becoming the norm. During the design process we use short movies to show the client their project.
All clients get the Standard Exterior & Interior Orbit movie with their plans, FREE.
This benefits both the homeowner and builder, by saving them time & money, in hopefully cutting the number of changes and misconceptions. The homeowners, can see what their project will look like in advance, and make changes before the builder ever gets the plans. The builder then shouldn’t have as many disruptions to production and have to stop and make changes.
It's how I would want it as a builder, and how we think it should be done.

Current Economy
I know that the economy is struggling right now. But things are starting to change. Just like every other challenge that has faced this great country,
America will persevere and turn things back around. Many people & businesses will comeback stronger that they were before.
More than half of the 30 companies that comprise the Dow Jones Industrial Average were started during an economic downturn and usually the wealthy will become wealthier.
What’s their secret?
What most perceive as a risky investment, these people and business see as an opportunity (and timing is everything).
If you bought property in 1997 by the end of 2006 the property had nearly doubled in value. Whereas if you bought in 2006 your property is probably worth less than what you paid for it. (Buy low, sell high).
A lot of people that are planning to build a new home are currently sitting on the sidelines playing a wait and see game, they probably won’t recognize the upturn until well after it has started, in fact I think it has already started.

Land prices have come down quit a bit from their peak prices during the housing bubble, and I don’t expect them to go down any farther. While interest rates are still very low, labor costs are down because more people are fight for jobs, material prices are down from lack of demand and contractors are lowering their profits in order to gain business.
Building a home isn't going to get any cheaper that it is right now. So if your looking to buy low, now is the time.
Prices & rates will rise
This fall consumer confidence is going to rise,
America will persevere, and when it does building costs are going to rise. As will Interest rates to try and curb inflation.
Builders and suppliers have been cutting cost in order to generate business, but once business starts picking up and demand increases, prices will quickly rise.I to have felt the pinch at the pump and the rise in food cost and when the economy picks back up will be raising prices to compensate.
